My work sits at the intersection of people and data — I'm comfortable building interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, and I'm equally comfortable in the research space, publishing on gender diversity and algorithmic fairness in hiring.
During my CRM internship at Maruti Suzuki, I saw firsthand how customer and workforce data, handled well, becomes a business decision rather than just a report. That's the standard I hold my own analytics work to.
